Rules and conditions for using 10Tools.

Acceptance
By using 10Tools, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the text, links, contact details, payment details, images, and other material you enter or publish. Do not use the service for malware, phishing, deception, harassment, infringement, illegal content, automated abuse, interference with systems, or attempts to evade security controls.
Your checks are required
You must test every code before production. A generated barcode graphic does not allocate a GS1 identifier, prove product authenticity, or guarantee acceptance by a retailer, carrier, bank, marketplace, or scanner. Dynamic codes depend on an active account, domain, and redirect service.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties, or when these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
The site interface, original editorial material, and branding are protected by applicable rights. You retain responsibility for material you submit. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, scan performance, regulatory compliance, or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of important files.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 10Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of a code, failed scan, incorrect destination, third-party service, lost data, or unauthorized use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
